Computer-based exams (CBEs) are available for the first seven Foundation-level exams.
These are the exams required for the Introductory Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting (FA1, MA1); the Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting (FA2, MA2); and the Diploma in Accounting and Business (FAB, FMA and FFA). These exams are also required for the Certified Accounting Technician qualification.
CBEs are also available for the F1, F2, F3 and F4 (English and Global) exams of the ACCA Qualification.
Benefits of Sitting for the CBEs
- Flexibility – You are not restricted to June and December paper-based exam sessions as you can sit for the CBEs at any time of year. CBEs also offer flexibility for re-sits, which you can take at any time. There is no restriction on the number of times you can re-sit the exams by CBE.
- Instant results – Your result is displayed on the computer screen at the end of the exam.
- Results – Your results are uploaded by the licensed centre and will be transferred to your ACCA account within 72 hours.

Registration Process and Payment via AXS
After candidates make payment at any AXS station, candidates must scan and email Proof of Identity (NRIC / FIN / Passport) AND email or letter from ACCA confirming your registration for CBE at myACCA to RELC EB at email@example.com within ONE day after making payment.
The AXS receipt serves as the offical proof of payment.
RELC EB will NOT issue any other receipt.
Cards Accepted at AXS Station
- Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards from Citibank, DBS/POSB, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.
The amount to be deducted is limited by the daily payment limit set by you with your bank.
- Diners Club Card and DBS/POSB Credit Card.
The payment limit is determined by Diners Club or your bank.

Registration Process and Payment made in Person
Only cash, cashier's order or cheque payment will be accepted if payment is made in person at the RELC Examinations Bureau’s Customer Service Counter, RELC Building Level 3. There is no NETS or Credit Card payment facility. After your payment has been made, you will receive an official tax/invoice receipt.
You are required to complete all the fields in the ACCA CBE Registration Form (where applicable). Only candidate with valid ACCA membership is eligible to register for ACCA CBE. You need to present your Proof of Identity (NRIC / FIN / Passport) and ACCA registration card for CBE registration purpose.

Payment by cashier's order should be made payable to RELC EB and in Singapore Dollars (SGD) with the correct payment amount. Indicate behind the cashier's order: Name, NRIC / FIN / Passport Number, Contact Number, ACCA Registration Number, and Exam Date and Time applying for.
Personal cheques must be crossed and made payable to RELC EB with the correct payment amount. Indicate behind the cheque: Name, NRIC / FIN / Passport Number, Contact Number, ACCA Registration Number, and Exam Date and Time applying for. The cheque issuer must sign against any amendment made on the cheque. Only upon the successful clearance of the cheque will the ACCA CBE registration be deemed valid and successful.
RELC Examinations Bureau reserves the right to impose an S$50.00 surcharge on EACH dishonoured / returned cheque.
Examination Fees are non-refundable. No refund of payment will be given to candidates who are late, unable to sit for the exam or sit for the wrong paper.
